Supervisor – Levi's Store

As a Supervisor at Levi's Store, you are a role model in daily operations. You lead by inspiring, coaching, and supporting the team while ensuring that every customer receives a first-class shopping experience. Together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for creating an inspiring store environment, developing employees, and working towards the store's sales goals.

It is important to us that all our customers have a unique shopping experience when visiting our stores. This is achieved through an inclusive and positive work environment where we focus on personal development, collaboration, and good humor. As a Supervisor, you are a key person in creating and maintaining this culture.

You have experience from the service or retail sector, preferably in a leadership role, but your personality, commitment, and interest in Levi's and people are equally important.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Lead and motivate the team during daily operations.
• Ensure a high level of service and an inspiring customer experience.
• Coach and introduce new employees and contribute to the team's development.
• Plan and prioritize daily operations together with the Store Manager.
• Follow up on sales, store goals, and key figures, and work actively to achieve them.
• Ensure that the store is always well-organized, inspiring, and follows Levi's concept and visual guidelines.
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence.
